Effective Message Writing and the Message Design Dashboard
This fully virtual, self-paced course provides training on writing effective emergency alerts and warnings, based on social science research. This course also provides information on accessing and using the Message Design Dashboard (MDD) within FEMA’s Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) Alerting Authority Assistive Tools Portal (ATP).
