FEMA IPAWS Message Design Dashboard Training

This course is coordinated and delivered by Bent Ear Solutions, under contract with the University at Albany, who has developed the MDD in partnership with FEMA IPAWS.
Effective Message Writing and the Message Design Dashboard
This fully virtual, self-paced course provides training on writing effective emergency alerts and warnings, based in social science research. This course also provides information on accessing and using the Message Design Dashboard within FEMA’s Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) Alerting Authority Assistive Tools Portal (ATP).
