Donavan is a GIS & Tech Expert specializing in cartography, data analysis & visualization. Whether creating maps for response & recovery or designing solutions for operations, maintenance & coordination, he brings a high level of detail and his expert graphic design skills and technical skills to provide solutions for our federal government partners with the highest visual aesthetics. He has also been a leader in installing the emerging data visualization platform PowerBI®.
