Our founders have spent decades solving complex problems for organizations in a variety of industries. Recent work
Reson is an Emergency Management Consultant, currently supporting Dominion Energy Virginia's Electric Transmission Emergency Preparedness Team. Drawing from her experience in local government emergency management, she brings a well-rounded perspective across preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation.
Her work focuses on strengthening preparedness, building relationships with response partners, identifying capability gaps, and developing practical strategies that support resilience. She believes effective emergency management begins long before an incident occurs, through thoughtful planning, meaningful partnerships, training, and exercising.
