Her leadership spans both public and private sectors, with a particular focus on strategy development, operational scaling, program transformation, and complex project delivery.

For more than 30 years, Beth has collaborated closely with executives and teams from leading investor-owned and municipal utilities throughout North America. Her work includes advancing emergency management processes, creating new regulatory frameworks, advancing transmission and distribution capabilities, and overseeing the planning and execution of capital investments. She is skilled at integrating business processes with technology and excels in developing strategies, business plans, and governance models that drive and sustain impactful results.

Before joining BES, Beth was a principal in Accenture’s North American utilities practice. In this role, she led major projects that included all-hazards planning, organizational redesign, workforce planning and optimization, as well as the creation of growth models to support private equity investments.
